At Albirem we are a company with a purpose. We work in strategic consulting and applied research with the goal of promoting sustainability through all of our projects. We combine the scientific method with social innovation, based on an all-encompassing and holistic vision of sustainability, which allows us to create new solutions together, with a positive impact on the environment and the community.

After almost 10 years in business, we continue to move forward together with the same enthusiasm as the first day, as well as with many shared lessons learned. Many thanks to all the people and organizations who have placed their trust in us!
2017
The adventure of Albirem begins, first as freelancers of consulting businesses, research, and teaching.
2019
The company is formed in full in order to participate as partners in a candidacy for the European LIFE project.
2020
The pandemic marks a very intense time for us. We are grateful for the opportunity of doing fieldwork, and take advantage of the moment to do virtual networking and make many new contacts.
2021
We win our first major European H2020 project with the Green Deal program, and open our offices in Barcelona.
2023
We reach the benchmark of 30 projects, and begin to consolidate our international presence.
2025
We exceed 50 projects, and continue to grow, establishing ourselves as an SME in consulting and applied sustainability research.
